2. Before You Arrive
You’ll receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp with:
- Your appointment time
- Practice address & parking information
- What to expect during your visit

3. Arriving at Our Practice
- Parking: Use our car park free for patients
- Entering: Press the buzzer at the door – we’ll ask for your name to let you in
- Access Note: There are 20 steps up to our entrance. If this might be difficult for you, please call us first to discuss alternative options.

4. Your Assessment & Treatment Plan
- Our dentist will examine your teeth and may take X-rays if needed
- We’ll explain what’s wrong and discuss all your treatment options
- You’ll receive a clear estimate for any recommended treatment
- We focus on getting you out of pain first – treatment can sometimes be split over visits if preferred

5. Treatment & Payment
- Once you decide on your treatment plan, we’ll take payment
- We accept both card and cash and offering finance options too.
- Your treatment will then be carried out
- You can choose to have follow-up treatment with us or return to your regular dentist

6. After Your Visit
- We’ll give you clear aftercare instructions
- You’ll receive a follow-up email with specific advice for your treatment
- We’ll call you within a few days to check how you’re recovering
